1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Pairform Running ("the Service"), operated by Pairform ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Pairform Running is a fitness data aggregation platform that connects to third-party fitness services, displays your data in a unified dashboard, and provides API access for AI coaching agents.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
- One person per account; accounts are non-transferable
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Individual Plans
- Free: Full dashboard access, basic API access (30-day history, 25 workouts, 50 calls/day)
- Pro ($9/month): Full API access (complete history, all workouts, unlimited calls, training load data). Includes a 7-day free trial.
General Billing Terms
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period
- Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal
5. API Keys & Access
- API keys grant access to your fitness data; treat them like passwords
- You are responsible for any access that occurs through your API keys
- Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code
- We may revoke API keys if they are used in ways that violate these terms or compromise the Service
- Rate limits apply based on your subscription tier
6. Third-Party Integrations
The Service connects to third-party platforms (Strava, WHOOP, Withings, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, Intervals.icu). Your use of these integrations is also subject to each provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for:
- Data accuracy from third-party providers
- Service interruptions from third-party providers
- Changes to third-party APIs that may affect data availability
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions
- Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
- Use the API to build a competing product
- Upload or transmit malicious code
8. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of your fitness data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that fitness data will be perfectly accurate. The Service is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairform Running shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
