1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Pairform ("the Service"), operated by Pairform ("we", "our", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Pairform is a personal fitness system of record that aggregates data from third-party fitness services, displays it in a unified dashboard, provides built-in AI coaching, and offers API and MCP access for external AI agents.

Key capabilities include:

  • Aggregated fitness dashboard with charts, metrics, and trends
  • Built-in AI coaching chat powered by Claude for personalized training guidance
  • Training plans, race predictions, readiness scoring, and personal records
  • REST API and MCP endpoint for external AI agent access to your data
  • Training load tracking (CTL/ATL/TSB), goal setting, and volume analysis

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service
  • One person per account; accounts are non-transferable

4. Subscriptions & Billing

  • One-time AI analysis of imported training history
  • First 3 post-workout AI insights
  • Full API and MCP access

Pro Plan — $19.99/month or $179/year

  • Everything in Free
  • Unlimited AI coaching messages

General Billing Terms

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the end of the current period
  • You can cancel at any time through the billing portal; access continues until the end of the current period
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods
  • We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing subscriptions are honored until renewal

5. AI Coaching

Pairform provides a built-in AI coaching feature powered by third-party AI models. Important limitations:

  • AI coaching is for informational and educational purposes only
  • AI coaching is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making changes to your training or health regimen
  • AI responses may contain inaccuracies; verify important information independently
  • Coaching conversations may be used to improve the Service, but are not shared with third parties

6. API Keys & MCP Access

  • API keys and MCP endpoints grant external applications access to your fitness data; treat them like passwords
  • You are responsible for any access that occurs through your API keys
  • Do not share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code
  • We may revoke API keys if they are used in ways that violate these terms or compromise the Service

7. Third-Party Integrations

The Service connects to third-party platforms including Strava, WHOOP, Withings, Garmin, Oura, Fitbit, and Intervals.icu. Your use of these integrations is also subject to each provider's terms of service. We are not responsible for:

  • Data accuracy from third-party providers
  • Service interruptions from third-party providers
  • Changes to third-party APIs that may affect data availability

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
  • Circumvent rate limits or other technical restrictions
  • Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorization
  • Use the API to build a competing product
  • Upload or transmit malicious code

9. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of your fitness data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to store, process, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when you delete your account.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that fitness data or AI coaching responses will be perfectly accurate. The Service is not a medical device and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pairform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI coaching recommendations or training plans.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be permanently deleted.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
